Terms of Use for Slow Coffee Tycoon

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Slow Coffee Tycoon (the "App"), developed by Tugrul Works ("we", "us"). They apply whether you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Slow Coffee Tycoon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must also comply with the usage rules of the store you downloaded the App from.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where the law expressly permits it

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Slow Coffee Tycoon may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and other in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us.

• Prices are shown in the App and in the store before you purchase, and may vary by country
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription
• One-time purchases (such as a "Lifetime" unlock) are charged once and do not renew

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its own refund policy (Apple, Google Play).

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including text, graphics, artwork, audio, design, and software, are owned by Tugrul Works or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its services
• Bypass or tamper with purchase, subscription, or licensing mechanisms
• Upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others

6. Third-Party Services

Slow Coffee Tycoon relies on third-party services, each governed by its own terms:

• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
• Apple App Store / Google Play: App distribution and payments
• PostHog: Product analytics

How these services handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and Tugrul Works only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Tugrul Works, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content
• Your license is limited to using the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App
• Tugrul Works, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims
• If a third party claims that the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Tugrul Works, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tugrul Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under them end automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Notifying you through the app (for significant changes)

Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
